Comments about term paper / presentation
For your term paper (or electronic presentation, whichever you prefer) we ask that you choose either a topic in low-energy nuclear physics or a topic in relativistic heavy-ion physics. As a guideline, we expect about 20 typed pages (including figures and equations) for the term paper or, alternatively, a 30-minute electronic presentation during the exam period.
On or before XXX , you must turn in an outline of your term paper or presentation either to Prof. Velkovska or to Prof. Oberacker. We will meet with each of you individually to discuss your outline and offer suggestions during office hours.
